This could possibly be the devils work ( what ever the devil may be...for all we know the devil is just peoples fear of the dark....)but as dick dastardly suddenly disappeared off mainstream television, a figure in london fashion has popped up....the resemblance is uncanny, at the moment i have no explanation....but im working on a number of theories to try explain this rare phenomenon. So far quantum theory hasnt got any formulaic equations to explain this but im sure something will come up soon.
